Rivers

Rivers was born. Formed partnerships with Diana Ferrari in Sebastopol and wholesaled to the likes of Grace Bros, Myer, David Jones and Betts. Our first retail store opened on George Street, Sydney in 1983 selling men’s footwear. Followed shortly by our Pitt Street store. In 1991, we introduced with Women’s Boat shoe to Australia. By 1993 Rivers had over 50 stores Australia wide and introduced its first men’s apparel range. Rivers went digital in 1999, launching one of the first retailer websites in Australia.
